- COOKED RICE-1 CUP
- PANEER FROM 1/2 Litre MILK
- MEDIUM SLICED ONIONS-1
- SMALL PIECES OF GINGER-1
- TWO GREEN CHILLY
- EGG-1
- SALT TO TASTE
- OIL FOR FRY
- GRIND THE COOKED RICE.
- ADD PANEER ,CHOPPED ONIONS,GREEN CHILLY AND GINGER MIX WELL.
- SAUTE IN A LITTLE OIL
- ADD SLICED PANEER MIXTURE AND SALT.MIX WELL ON FIRE AND REMOVE.
- SHAPE INTO CUTLET.
- BEAT THE EGG AND DIP THE CUTLET IN THE MIXTURE AND DEEP FRY.
