DALMA

INGREDIENTS

  1. MOONG DAL (1 cup roasted)
  2. POTATO ( 1cup )
  3. GINGER
  4. PUMPKIN ( 1cup )
  5. RAW BANANA ( 1/2cup )
  6. DRY RED CHILLI- 2
  7. JEERA
  8. ONION ( 1/4cup )
  9. GARLIC
  10. DESI GHEE ( 1tbsp )

PROCEDURE

  1. BOIL MOONG DAL, POTATO, GINGER, RAW BANANA AND PUMPKIN IN A PRESSURE COOKER TILL THE DAL IS COOKED.
  2. FOR THE TADKA TAKE DRY RED CHILLI, JEERA, ONION, GARLIC AND DESI GHEE IN A KADAI.
  3. PUT THE DAL AND VEGETABLE IN THE KADAI, MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
