Indian cooking is one of the most popular cuisines across the globe. Not only is it popular among the large Indian diaspora but also among the mainstream population of North America and Europe. For the uninitiated, Indian food may seem foreign, scary, spicy and not for the faint of heart.But the Indian foods break all these barriers and and become a memory for those who have tasted it here at MAMA's KITCHEN I am going to teach you how to cook some gastronomes Indian dishes.

SAGOO CHEESE VADAS

                                                           SAGOO CHEESE VADAS
INGREDIENTS:

  1. SAGOO-250 gm
  2. GRATED CHEESE-100gm
  3. MEDIUM POTATO- 4 BOILED AND MASHED
  4. PEANUTS-100 gm
  5. (DRY) JEERA POWDER-1/2 Teaspoon
  6. CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES-6
  7. CORIANDER LEAVES-1/2 BUNCH
  8. SALT TO TASTE

METHOD:

  1. SOAK SAGOO ONE HOUR AHEAD.(TAKE SAGOO IN A BOWL AND ADD WATER)
  2. ROAST THE PEANUTS AND MAKE IT POWDER COURSED.
  3. ADD ROASTED PEANUTS , SAGOO,CHEESE,POTATO ,JEERA POWDER,GREEN CHILIES,CORIANDER LEAVES WITH SALT AND MIX WELL.
  4. SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS AND FLATTEN AND DEEP FRY IT.
  5. SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR CHUTNEY.
