- SAGOO-250 gm
- GRATED CHEESE-100gm
- MEDIUM POTATO- 4 BOILED AND MASHED
- PEANUTS-100 gm
- (DRY) JEERA POWDER-1/2 Teaspoon
- CHOPPED GREEN CHILIES-6
- CORIANDER LEAVES-1/2 BUNCH
- SALT TO TASTE
METHOD:
- SOAK SAGOO ONE HOUR AHEAD.(TAKE SAGOO IN A BOWL AND ADD WATER)
- ROAST THE PEANUTS AND MAKE IT POWDER COURSED.
- ADD ROASTED PEANUTS , SAGOO,CHEESE,POTATO ,JEERA POWDER,GREEN CHILIES,CORIANDER LEAVES WITH SALT AND MIX WELL.
- SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS AND FLATTEN AND DEEP FRY IT.
- SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR CHUTNEY.
