- RAJMA: 1 CUP
- ONION CHOPPED:1/2 CUP
- MUSHROOM:1 CUP
- GINGER PASTE:1 TBSP
- POTATO BOILED:3
- ROASTED PEANUT:1/4 CUP
- BREAD CRUMBS:1 CUP
- WHITE PEPPER:1 TSP
- EGG:1
METHOD
- SOAK RAJMA FOR 6 TO 8 HOURS
- BOIL THE RAJMA BEANS AND MASH IT
- TAKE OIL ADD JEERA GINGER ONIONS FRY IT FEW TIMES
- THEN ADD MUSHROOMS
- ADD BOILED RAJMA AND BOILED POTATO AND MIX VERY WELL.
- MAKE THE MIXTURE IN PATTY SHAPE
- BEAT THE EGG
- AND DIP THE PATTY IN THE BEATEN EGG
- ROLL IT ON BREAD CRUMBS
- DEEP FRY.
