SPICY LAMB CUTLETS
INGREDIENTS
- LAMB (500 gm)
- POTATO
- GARLIC
- ONION
- CAPSICUM
- TURMERIC POWDER (1/2 tsp)
- GINGER PASTE (1/2 tsp)
- CUMIN (1 tsp)
- EGGS-4
- BREADCRUMBS
- OIL (4 tbsp)
- COMBINE MINCE, POTATO, GARLIC, ONION, CAPSICUM, TURMERIC, GINGER, CUMIN AND 1 EGG.
- BEAT THE REMAINING EGGS.
- TAKE A PORTION OF THE MIXTURE AND GIVE IT DESIRED SHAPE.
- DIP CUTLETS IN THE BEATEN EGGS AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS.
- HEAT OIL AND FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES EACH SIDE OR UNTIL MEAT IS COOKED AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
