SPICY LAMB CUTLETS

SPICY LAMB CUTLETS


INGREDIENTS

  1. LAMB (500 gm)
  2. POTATO
  3. GARLIC
  4. ONION
  5. CAPSICUM
  6. TURMERIC POWDER (1/2 tsp)
  7. GINGER PASTE (1/2 tsp)
  8. CUMIN (1 tsp)
  9. EGGS-4
  10. BREADCRUMBS
  11. OIL (4 tbsp)





PROCEDURE
  1. COMBINE MINCE, POTATO, GARLIC, ONION, CAPSICUM, TURMERIC, GINGER, CUMIN AND 1 EGG.
  2. BEAT THE REMAINING EGGS.
  3. TAKE A PORTION OF THE MIXTURE AND GIVE IT DESIRED SHAPE.
  4. DIP CUTLETS IN THE BEATEN EGGS AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS.
  5. HEAT OIL AND FRY ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5 MINUTES EACH SIDE OR UNTIL MEAT IS COOKED AND BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.
