NAREAL (COCONUT) KE KABABS WITH GREEN CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS


  1. GRATED COCONUT -1
  2. GRAM FLOUR (BESAN)- 2 tbsp
  3. EGG (optional)- 1
  4. CORIANDER POWDER - 1 tsp
  5. JEERA POWDER - 1/2tsp
  6. CHILLY FLAKES - 1 tsp

CHUTNEY 

  1. GREEN CHILLIES- 6
  2. GARLIC FLAKES- 4
  3. GINGER- 1/2 INCH
  4. CORIANDER LEAVES

PROCEDURE

  1. GRIND ALL THE CHUTNEY INGREDIENTS TILL A PASTE IS MADE . YOUR CHUTNEY IS READY.
  2. TAKE THE GRATED COCONUT ADD EGG (optional), SALT, JEERA POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, GRAM FLOUR AND SOME AMOUNT OF THE GREEN CHUTNEY.
  3. GIVE IT DESIRED SHAPE AND SHALLOW FRY IN A PAN TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  4.  SERVE IT HOT WITH THE GREEN CHUTNEY.
