- GRATED COCONUT -1
- GRAM FLOUR (BESAN)- 2 tbsp
- EGG (optional)- 1
- CORIANDER POWDER - 1 tsp
- JEERA POWDER - 1/2tsp
- CHILLY FLAKES - 1 tsp
CHUTNEY
- GREEN CHILLIES- 6
- GARLIC FLAKES- 4
- GINGER- 1/2 INCH
- CORIANDER LEAVES
PROCEDURE
- GRIND ALL THE CHUTNEY INGREDIENTS TILL A PASTE IS MADE . YOUR CHUTNEY IS READY.
- TAKE THE GRATED COCONUT ADD EGG (optional), SALT, JEERA POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, GRAM FLOUR AND SOME AMOUNT OF THE GREEN CHUTNEY.
- GIVE IT DESIRED SHAPE AND SHALLOW FRY IN A PAN TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
- SERVE IT HOT WITH THE GREEN CHUTNEY.
