EGG BALLS IN CHEESE
INGREDIENTS:
CHEESE: 200 GM(GRATED)
MAIDA:3 TBSP
SALT & CHILLY POWDER: TO TASTE
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE:1/2 TSP
RAW EGG:5
MILK: LITTLE
BOILED POTATO: 1 CUP(MASHED)
BREAD CRUMBS: 1 CUP OR AS PER REQUIREMENT
OIL:FOR DEEP FRY
METHOOD:
- BOIL 4 EGGS.REMOVE SHELL
- ADD CHEESE, MAIDA, SALT, CHILLY POWDER ,WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, BOILED POTATO , BEATEN RAW EGG (1) AND LITTLE MILK. AND MIX WELL.
- USING WET HANDS COAT THE HARD BOILED EGGS WITH THIS MIXTURE.
- ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS
- DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
- CUT INTO HALVES AND SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
