For the uninitiated, Indian food may seem foreign, scary, spicy and not for the faint of heart.But the Indian foods break all these barriers and and become a memory for those who have tasted it here at MAMA's KITCHEN I am going to teach you how to cook some gastronomes Indian dishes.

EGG BALLS IN CHEESE

EGG BALLS IN CHEESE
INGREDIENTS:
CHEESE: 200 GM(GRATED)
MAIDA:3 TBSP
SALT & CHILLY POWDER: TO TASTE
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE:1/2 TSP
RAW EGG:5
MILK: LITTLE
BOILED POTATO: 1 CUP(MASHED)
BREAD CRUMBS: 1 CUP OR AS PER REQUIREMENT
OIL:FOR DEEP FRY

METHOOD:
  1. BOIL 4 EGGS.REMOVE SHELL
  2. ADD CHEESE, MAIDA, SALT, CHILLY POWDER ,WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, BOILED POTATO , BEATEN RAW EGG (1) AND LITTLE MILK. AND MIX WELL.
  3.  USING WET HANDS COAT THE HARD BOILED EGGS WITH THIS MIXTURE.
  4. ROLL IN BREAD CRUMBS
  5. DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
  6. CUT INTO HALVES AND SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
