Indian cooking is one of the most popular cuisines across the globe. Not only is it popular among the large Indian diaspora but also among the mainstream population of North America and Europe. For the uninitiated, Indian food may seem foreign, scary, spicy and not for the faint of heart.But the Indian foods break all these barriers and and become a memory for those who have tasted it here at MAMA's KITCHEN I am going to teach you how to cook some gastronomes Indian dishes.

CHICKEN BASKET

CHICKEN BASKET


INGREDIENTS


  1. BREAD SLICES
  2. BUTTER ( 6-8 tbsp)
  3. BOILED CHICKEN ( 1 cup )
  4. MILK (1cup)
  5. MAIDA (1cup)
  6. LEMON JUICE
  7. SALT AND PEPPER
  8. EGG YOLK - 1
  9. CARROT, CABBAGE, SPRING ONION AND CAPSICUM ( I CUP GRATED )

METHOD

  1. MIX MAIDA AND BUTTER WELL
  2. IN A PAN ADD THE VEGETABLE AND MILK AND MIX WELL
  3. TAKE BREAD AND CUT IT IN A ROUND SHAPE AND APPLY BUTTER ON A SIDE AND TOAST TILL GOLDEN BROWN .
  4. PUT CHICKEN LEMON JUICE, SALT AND PEPPER TO THE VEGETABLE AND COOK WELL
  5. MAKE POCKETS OF THE BREAD AND STUFF THE VEGETABLE MEAT MIXTURE
