CHICKEN BASKET
INGREDIENTS
- BREAD SLICES
- BUTTER ( 6-8 tbsp)
- BOILED CHICKEN ( 1 cup )
- MILK (1cup)
- MAIDA (1cup)
- LEMON JUICE
- SALT AND PEPPER
- EGG YOLK - 1
- CARROT, CABBAGE, SPRING ONION AND CAPSICUM ( I CUP GRATED )
METHOD
- MIX MAIDA AND BUTTER WELL
- IN A PAN ADD THE VEGETABLE AND MILK AND MIX WELL
- TAKE BREAD AND CUT IT IN A ROUND SHAPE AND APPLY BUTTER ON A SIDE AND TOAST TILL GOLDEN BROWN .
- PUT CHICKEN LEMON JUICE, SALT AND PEPPER TO THE VEGETABLE AND COOK WELL
- MAKE POCKETS OF THE BREAD AND STUFF THE VEGETABLE MEAT MIXTURE
